  1. Heat a little ghee in a non-stick pan, add in chicken, chilli, garlic, seasoning and dried herbs. Cook until moisture has dried. Remove to a bowl and set aside..
  2. In the same pan saute mushrooms and peppers until cooked through, season with salt and pepper. Add to the chicken and allow the mixture to cool. Once the mixture is cool add in the cheese and stir through.  Your mixture is now ready for filling..
  3. Fill into samoosas pastry folding over into triangles and stick the end with a paste of flour and water. Deep fry in shallow oil until evenly browned. Serve with chutney of your choice..
